In 2023, G Tech Web Marketing entered into an agreement with Tranzac Technologies Pvt. Ltd., facilitated by Mr. Melvyn Dmello, to deliver a comprehensive Call Centre Solution.
Initially, Tranzac cleared smaller payments on time, creating the appearance of a reliable business relationship. However, as billing amounts increased, payments abruptly stopped. Despite multiple reminders and repeated follow-ups, Mr. D'Mello consistently assured that dues would be cleared “within the week.” To date, no payment has been released.
The Individuals Involved
Based on our findings, Tranzac Technologies is operated by a chain of individuals, including:
Mr. Melvyn Dmello – who directly managed the engagement and repeatedly delayed payments with false commitments.
Mr. Sanjay Saini – believed to be driving operations behind the scenes.
Mr. Rahul Yadav – also connected with the management.
Interestingly, the company is formally registered under the names of spouses of these individuals, raising concerns about accountability and liability evasion.
Compliance Concerns
Further investigation revealed that Tranzac Technologies’ GST number has been suo moto cancelled. This indicates serious compliance issues and suggests that the company may be operating outside legal boundaries while still engaging vendors and service providers.
